The Hon'ble High Court (Aurangabad Bench) has stayed the Direction dated 3rd November 2026 issued by the Maharashtra Pollution Control Board (MPCB). The MPCB order had directed closure of manufacturing operations of the Company's unit situated at Plot no. D-2, D1/2, MIDC, Waluj, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. The closure order was issued under the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and/or the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981, and the rules framed thereunder.
The court order was dated 6th November 2026 and includes notice to the parties returnable on 19th November 2026.
Financial Impact Assessment
The affected manufacturing unit contributes approximately 2.5% of the company's annual consolidated revenue.
