Chase Bright Steel Board Meeting for KMP Change

Chase Bright Steel Ltd has intimated the Bombay Stock Exchange about an upcoming Board of Directors meeting scheduled for Monday, 12 October, 2026. The meeting will be conducted via audio-visual means (virtual mode).

The primary agenda for this board meeting is to consider and approve a change in Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the company.

Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the company has implemented a trading window closure for its securities. The trading window remains closed from 1st October, 2026 to 14th October, 2026 (both days inclusive).
