Cipla Limited has provided an update regarding the United States Food and Drug Administration (USFDA) inspection at the manufacturing facility of its wholly-owned subsidiary, InvaGen Pharmaceuticals, Inc. The facility is located at Hauppauge, Long Island, New York, USA.
InvaGen has received the Establishment Inspection Report (EIR) from the USFDA, which indicates the closure of the inspection. This inspection was a Pre-Approval Inspection (PAI) that was conducted by the USFDA, as previously intimated by the company on February 10, 2026.
