Clinitech Laboratory Limited's Board approved a change in market maker from SVCM Securities to Kalpalabdhi Financials effective April 10, 2026.
The change was necessitated by SVCM Securities discontinuing market making due to internal restructuring as of April 09, 2026.
A tripartite market making agreement was executed between the company, lead manager Inventure Merchant Banker, and new market maker Kalpalabdhi Financials.
