Mr. Deepak Maini, Resolution Professional of CMI Limited, has authorized the Company's Board of Directors (whose powers are currently suspended under IBC provisions) to sign and approve the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026.
The financial results will be considered and approved on Wednesday, September 16, 2026.
