Supreme Court heard a special leave petition by the Commissioner of Customs against Nitta Gelatin India Ltd on 6 May 2026.
The petition challenges the High Court of Kerala's judgment dated 26 June 2025 in CA No.2/2025 and CA No.5/2024.
The Court ordered the matter to be listed for hearing in July 2026, with Justices Pardiwala and Bhuyan presiding.
