Cosmic CRF Limited has received an email from BSE Limited dated June 30, 2026, imposing a fine of ₹5,900 (Rupees Five Thousand Nine Hundred only), inclusive of GST, on the Company. The fine was levied for delayed compliance with the provisions of Regulation 23(9) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The delay pertained to the half year and quarter ended March 31, 2026, and was for a duration of one day. The Company attributed this delay to a technical glitch in the BSE portal.
The Company paid the fine on July 13, 2026, via NEFT transaction reference SBIN126194377956.
The matter was placed before the Board of Directors at its meeting held on Monday, August 3, 2026. The Board deliberated upon the matter and took note of the delayed compliance under Regulation 23(9). The Board also took note of the communication received from BSE Limited and advised the management to ensure that in the event of any technical glitch or system-related issue resulting in non-reflection or unsuccessful submission of any statutory filing on the BSE Listing Centre portal, the same should be immediately brought to the notice of BSE Limited through appropriate written communication.
