Cosmic CRF Supreme Court Appeal Admitted

Cosmic CRF Limited filed a Civil Appeal (Diary No. 15468/2026) before the Supreme Court against an NCLAT order dated 12th March, 2026.
The Supreme Court on 23rd March, 2026 admitted the appeal, condoned delay, issued notice, and stayed the impugned NCLAT order.
The earlier NCLAT Principal Bench order dated 10th October, 2025 will continue to operate until the next hearing on 27th April, 2026.
