Directions

3. The appointment order shall be issued in favour of Appellant No.1 within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
4. Appellant No.1 shall be entitled to monetary benefits only from the date of actual appointment.
5. The direction of the High Court regarding verification and payment of any unpaid dues of Appellant No.2 is not interfered with; any admissible dues remaining unpaid shall be released to Appellant No.2 within eight weeks.
6. Pending applications, if any, shall stand disposed of.
