Crane Infrastructure Says Not a Large Corporate Under SEBI Rules

Crane Infrastructure Limited informs BSE that it does not qualify as a 'Large Corporate' under SEBI's debt issuance framework.
The company states it is not obligated to file any disclosures for the financial year 2025-26 as per SEBI circular SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144.
The letter, signed by Company Secretary Nehal Vyas, requests the stock exchange to note the non-applicability of the regulation.
