CSB Bank Limited has disclosed the appointment of Joint Statutory Auditors for the financial year 2026-27 pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations and SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026.
The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) conveyed its approval via letter dated May 26, 2026 for the following appointments:
- M P Chitale & Co, Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration Number: 101851W) as one of the Joint Statutory Auditors, replacing Walker Chandiok & Co. LLP whose term ends with the conclusion of the ensuing Annual General Meeting. This appointment is made in accordance with RBI guidelines No. DoS.CO.ARG/SEC.01/08.91.001/2021-22 dated April 27, 2021.
- Sundaram & Srinivasan, Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration Number: 004207S) as the other Joint Statutory Auditors for their third year in office through FY 2026-27.
The appointment of M P Chitale & Co is subject to shareholder approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM). Sundaram & Srinivasan were previously approved by shareholders at the AGM held on August 23, 2024 for a three-year term concluding with the AGM for FY 2026-27.
