Supreme Court set a deadline of 26 May 2026 for serving unserved respondents in the SLP filed by Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam Ltd.
Failure to serve respondents by the deadline will result in dismissal of the Special Leave Petition(s) for default.
The order also includes listing of cases after partial court working days and summer vacation for 2026.
