Davin Sons Retail Delays FY26 Audited Results Submission

Required Submission Deadline

The company was required to submit Audited Financial Results together with Auditor's Report to the Stock Exchange within sixty days from the end of the financial year, specifically on or before May 30, 2026.

Reason for Delay

The preparation of financial statements and completion of statutory audit are presently in progress. The company is making all efforts to complete the audit process and submit the Audited Financial Results at the earliest.

Trading Window Status

Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the company's securities has already been closed and shall continue to remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results.
