DBS Bank Insolvency Petition Against Edu Smart

DBS Bank Ltd filed an insolvency petition under Section 7 of IBC against Edu Smart Service Pvt Ltd.
The National Company Law Tribunal, New Delhi Principal Bench, is hearing the case IB-102(PB)/2017.
The matter was renotified for further hearing to 25th May 2026 after initial order on 14th April 2026.
The case involves corporate insolvency resolution proceedings under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
