DC Infotech & Communication Limited has submitted a regulatory intimation to the BSE Limited Compliance Department regarding the closure of its trading window for securities.

The closure period will extend until 48 hours after the declaration of the Company's Standalone and Consolidated unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the said financial results are declared to the Stock Exchanges.
