DCB Bank Gets RBI Nod for Auditor Changes

RBI approved reappointment of Varma & Varma and appointment of Deloitte Haskins & Sells as Joint Statutory Auditors for FY26-27.
The approval is subject to conditions and requires final member approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
M/s B S R & Co. LLP will complete their term as Joint Statutory Auditors at the conclusion of the AGM.
