Regulatory Basis

The action is mandated by SEBI Master Circular No. HO/38/13/(4)2026-MIRSD-POD/I/4298/2026 dated February 6, 2026, which requires all physical security holders to furnish/update PAN, contact details (postal address with PIN and mobile number), bank account details, and specimen signature for their corresponding folio numbers.

Requirements for Physical Shareholders

  • Mandatory details: PAN, contact details (postal address with PIN and mobile number), bank account details, specimen signature
  • Optional details: Email ID and choice of nomination (though encouraged for online services and nomination facility)
  • Forms required: ISR-1 (PAN/KYC registration/updation), ISR-2 (signature confirmation with banker's attestation and original cancelled cheque/self-attested passbook copy), SH-13 (nomination), ISR-3 (opt-out from nomination), SH-14 (cancellation/variation of nomination)

Consequences of Non-Compliance

Physical security holders who have not updated their required details shall be:

1. Eligible to lodge grievances or avail service requests only after furnishing complete documents/details

2. Eligible for payments (dividend, interest, redemption) only through electronic mode effective from April 1, 2024, upon furnishing all details

Dividend Payment Policy

In accordance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) (Fifth Amendment) Regulations, 2025, all dividends are required to be paid compulsorily through electronic mode only.

Submission Process

Shareholders must submit documents to the Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA) Bigshare Services Private Limited at Office No S6-2, 6th floor Pinnacle Business Park, Next to Ahura Centre, Mahakali Caves Road, Andheri (East) Mumbai-400093 through:

1. In-person verification (IPV): Producing originals to authorized RTA personnel

2. Post: Furnishing self-attested hard copies

3. Electronic mode with e-sign: Documents with e-sign sent to investor@bigshareonline.com
