Defrail Technologies declares it does not qualify as a 'Large Corporate' under SEBI regulations for FY 2025-26.
The company confirms it is not required to file the initial and annual disclosures (Annexures A and B1) for the financial year ended March 31, 2026.
The declaration was made in a letter to BSE on April 4, 2026, signed by Managing Director Vivek Aggarwal.
