Regulatory Approval Disclosure
Delhivery Limited announced that the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has approved the application for grant of Certificate of Registration (CoR) as a Type II-NBFC-ND to Delhivery Financial Services Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. The approval was granted on July 13, 2026.
The issuance of the Certificate of Registration is subject to the submission of certain documents to the satisfaction of the RBI as mentioned in the approval letter.
This disclosure is made in furtherance to previous intimations dated November 5, 2025 and January 16, 2026 regarding the application process.
