Requirements for Physical Security Holders

Mandatory documentation to be furnished to Registrar & Transfer Agent MUFG Intime India Private Limited:

  • PAN
  • Address with PIN code
  • Mobile Number
  • Bank Account details
  • Specimen Signature
  • Email ID registration for online services
  • Nomination registration

Consequences of Non-Compliance

  • Shareholders will be ELIGIBLE to lodge grievances or avail services only after furnishing complete documents/details
  • From April 01, 2024, dividends/interest will be paid only through electronic mode after furnishing all required details
  • If details are updated after April 01, 2024, shareholders will receive all dividends/interest declared during the period from April 01, 2024 till date of updation

Submission Methods

Three modes of submission available:

1. In Person Verification (IPV): Registered shareholder must visit RTA office in person (not representatives) with original documents

2. Hard copy: Submit self-attested photocopies of relevant documents with date

3. With e-sign:

  • Upload scanned copies with e-sign to kyc1@in.mpms.mufg.com (email subject: "KYC Updation – [Company Name] Folio No : ________")
  • Upload on website https://web.in.mpms.mufg.com/KYC/index.html using Serial No. printed on KYC FORM

  • E-sign service providers are available on https://cca.gov.in/
  • Forms ISR-1 & ISR-2 and SEBI circulars are available on RTA website: https://in.mpms.mufg.com → Resources → Downloads → KYC → Formats for KYC
  • The reminder is computer-generated and requires no signature
  • Shareholders who have already submitted documents or dematerialized shares should not resubmit
