Devi Construction Company has filed a Special Leave Petition in the Supreme Court against the State of Maharashtra, challenging a High Court order.
The case was listed on 06 April 2026 but was not taken up and has been adjourned to 24 April 2026.
An interim application for modification of the court's earlier order is pending in the case.
