Scheme Background
- The Scheme involves arrangement amongst Devyani International Limited (Transferee Company) and Sapphire Foods India Limited (Transferor Company), and their respective shareholders
- Scheme is under Sections 230 to 232 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013
- Board of Directors approved the Amended Scheme of Arrangement on August 26, 2026
- Joint application with CCI was filed on September 10, 2026
