- Notice Date: June 12, 2026
- Shareholder Letter Date: June 10, 2026
- Newspaper Advertisement Date: June 12, 2026
- Claim Submission Deadline: August 31, 2026
- Dividend Period Affected: Financial years from 2018-19 onwards
Required Shareholder Actions
Shareholders must submit claims for unclaimed dividends by August 31, 2026 to either:
- The Company directly
- The Company's RTA: M/s. Maheshwari Datamatics Pvt. Ltd at 23, R.N.Mukherjee Road, 5th Floor, Kolkata – 700 001
Documentation Requirements
For DEMAT holdings: Copy of Client Master List (CML) showing name, address, Demat and Bank account details OR original cancelled cheque leaf bearing the name of the first holder.
For Physical holdings: Form ISR-1 & ISR-2 duly filled and signed along with supporting documents as mentioned therein. These forms are available on Company's website: https://dhunseritea.com/investor/information/investor-service-related-forms/
Consequences of Non-Compliance
Failure to claim dividend amounts by the deadline will result in:
- Physical share certificates will be cancelled and new share certificate(s) will be transferred to IEPF
- Demat Shares will be transferred to IEPF through Corporate action
- Transfer will occur without any further reference to shareholders
Post-Transfer Recovery Process
Shareholders may still claim dividends and shares after transfer to IEPF by:
- Submitting online application to IEPF in prescribed Form IEPF-5 available at www.iepf.gov.in
- Forwarding physical copy thereof either to the Company or Company's RTA along with requisite documents as mentioned on the IEPF website
