IEPF Share Transfer Process:
- Pursuant to Section 124(6) of Companies Act 2013 and Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016
- Equity shares of shareholders with unclaimed dividend for seven consecutive years (since FY 2018-19) are liable to be transferred to IEPF
- Transfer deadline: 15th October 2026
- After transfer to IEPF, no claims shall be entertained by the company
