Diligent Media Amends Fair Disclosure UPSI Code

Diligent Media Corporation Limited amended its Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of UPSI on March 27, 2026.
The amendment complies with Regulation 8(2) of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and is Version 3 of the Code.
The updated Code includes a Policy for Determination of Legitimate Purposes under Regulation 3(2A) of SEBI PIT Regulations.
