The company stated that it has intimated BSE from time to time of all events and information impacting company operations and performance, including all price-sensitive information as required under Regulation 30 and other applicable regulations of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
The company attributed the movement in its share price purely to market conditions and described it as "apparently market driven," stating that the company neither has any control over nor any knowledge of the reasons for such movement.

The company reiterated its adherence to the requirements laid down in Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and committed to keeping the Stock Exchange duly informed of any information as required under these regulations as and when any such event occurs.
