Dish TV India Ltd discloses withdrawal of Company Petition No. 359 of 2021 by JC Flowers ARC against it at NCLT Mumbai.
The petition sought directions to convene an Extraordinary General Meeting of the company under Sections 98-100 of Companies Act.
