District Collector Wins Condonation of 62-Day Delay

Supreme Court condoned a 62‑day delay in filing interlocutory applications IA 64054/2026 and IA 64051/2026.
The Special Leave Petition (Civil) Diary No.33260 of 2025 was restored, allowing the District Collector to contest the case on merits.
