Dixon Receives 67 ESG Rating from Niche Ninety Nine

Dixon Technologies (India) Limited has disclosed receipt of an ESG rating assignment from Niche Ninety Nine Capability and Certifications (OPC) Private Limited, a SEBI-registered ESG Rating Provider (ERP).

The company was assigned an ESG rating of '67' by Niche Ninety Nine. Importantly, Dixon Technologies clarified that it did not engage Niche Ninety Nine for this ESG rating. The rating provider independently assigned the rating based on publicly available information in accordance with its methodology and rating process framework.

This disclosure is made in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, specifically referencing SEBI Master Circular no. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated 30th January, 2026. The disclosure has also been made available on the company's website at www.dixoninfo.com.
