The High Court of Bombay at Goa dismissed the appeal by Dunagiri Foundation for Himalayan Herbal Research and Yogic Studies (represented by Vivek Dewan) against Sitabai Sitaram Pednekar and 7 others, concerning possession of Survey No. 266/4, Arambol, under a 2014 lease. The court upheld the May 2023 order rejecting a temporary injunction and directed the pending suit to be decided by 1 May 2027, with no costs.
