Dynamic Cables Reappoints Internal and Cost Auditors

Dynamic Cables Limited reappointed M/s DLS & Associates LLP as Internal Auditor for FY 2026-27.
The company also reappointed M/s Maharwal & Associates as Cost Auditor for the same financial year.
Both reappointments were approved by the Board based on Audit Committee recommendations on May 12, 2026.
The Cost Auditor's remuneration requires ratification by shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
