E2E Networks Limited has provided an update on legal proceedings before the Hon'ble Delhi High Court regarding a stamp duty matter. This disclosure is made in continuation of the company's earlier disclosure dated May 19, 2026, made pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
The matter relates to an order passed by the Office of the Collector of Stamps, Revenue Department, Government of NCT of Delhi, in connection with the adjudication of stamp duty relating to the issuance of certain equity shares by the Company in dematerialised form.
The Hon'ble High Court of Delhi has passed an interim order directing that:
- Upon the Company depositing Rs. 1.25 crore with the Registry of the Hon'ble Court within one month
- The operation of the impugned order passed by the Collector of Stamps shall remain stayed till the next date of hearing
- The deposited amount shall be kept in an interest-bearing Fixed Deposit Receipt (FDR) by the Registrar concerned
The Company is taking all necessary steps in compliance with the interim directions of the Hon'ble High Court and shall continue to pursue appropriate legal remedies. The Company will keep the stock exchanges informed of any further material developments in this matter.
