Easy Fincorp's Board reappointed M/s. Tarmaster & Co. as Internal Auditors for FY 2026-27.
The Board also reappointed M/s. K. Arun & Co. as Secretarial Auditors for the same fiscal year.
Both reappointments were approved at the board meeting held on 18th May 2026.
