Eco Gold NCLT Withdrawal After $200k Settlement

NCLT Indore allows withdrawal of insolvency against Eco Gold Nutri & Organics LLP after a settlement agreement with financial creditor Drip Capital Inc.
The Committee of Creditors, with 100% voting share, unanimously approved the withdrawal following a one-time settlement of USD 200,000.
The Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) is terminated, and the moratorium under Section 14 of the IBC is lifted effective 5th May 2026.
No resolution plans were received during the CIRP, and all pending applications are to be withdrawn post this order.
