Ego Flooring CIRP Withdrawn After ₹2.15 Crore Settlement

NCLT allows withdrawal of CIRP against Ego Flooring under Section 12A after a One Time Settlement of ₹2.15 crore with the sole financial creditor.
The Committee of Creditors approved the withdrawal with 100% voting share and all operational creditors provided no objection to the settlement.
The Resolution Professional is directed to restore control and possession of the corporate debtor to its management immediately.
All pending interlocutory applications are disposed of as infructuous following the termination of the CIRP process.
