Key Requirements
- Mandatory submission of PAN, Address with PIN code, Mobile Number, Bank Account details, and Specimen Signature
- Optional submission of Email ID and Nomination details (though encouraged)
- Applicable to all security holders holding shares in physical mode
Consequences of Non-Compliance
- Dividend payments will be suspended until all required details are furnished (payment will be made through electronic mode only upon compliance)
- Shareholders will be ineligible to lodge grievances or avail any services from the company
- All unpaid dividends that have not been transferred to IEPF will be automatically paid upon compliance
Submission Methods
Shareholders may submit documents through any one of the following modes:
1. In Person Verification (IPV): Visit RTA office with original documents (only registered shareholder, not representatives)
2. Hard Copy: Submit self-attested photocopies of relevant documents
3. E-sign:
- Send scanned copies with e-sign to Investor.helpdesk@in.mpms.mufg.com with subject line "KYC Updation-(Eicher Motors Limited)-Folio No:"
- Upload documents with e-sign on website https://web.in.mpms.mufg.com/KYC/index.html
