Supreme Court heard petition for special leave to appeal by Ekkisvi Sadi Grih Nirman Sahakari Samiti against State of Madhya Pradesh.
The court directed that the matter be listed for hearing in July 2026 while maintaining the existing status quo between parties.
Petitioners were represented by senior advocates including Ravindra Shrivastava and Divyakant Lahoti; respondents by AAG Manisha Karia and counsel.
