Elitecon International Limited has made a disclosure under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
The company received a communication from BSE Limited dated August 25, 2026 (Reference No. SOP-CReview/QTR-Jun-26) regarding alleged non-compliances under:
- Regulation 17(2A) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 (relating to Board meeting quorum)
- Regulation 21(2) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 (relating to constitution of the Risk Management Committee)
These alleged non-compliances pertain to the quarter ended June 30, 2026. As a consequence, BSE has levied SOP fines aggregating to ₹2,38,360.
In response, the company submitted an application to BSE on September 10, 2026, seeking full waiver of the aforesaid SOP fines. The company is currently awaiting BSE's decision on this waiver application.
The disclosure states that beyond the fine amount of ₹2,38,360, no other material impact on the financial or operational activities of the company has been identified at this stage.
