Supreme Court heard Misc. Application No. 1092/2025 filed by Emaar India Ltd Board of Directors against Gopal Prakash Gupta.
The court ordered listing after two weeks as no withdrawal application for the Rs.50,000 suitor fund has been filed.
No other applications for withdrawal or disbursal of the suitor's fund amount have been moved to date.
