Board Meeting Outcomes

The Company has completed dispatch of intimation letters to shareholders holding shares in physical form whose KYC and/or nomination details are incomplete or not updated. The dispatch was completed on September 30, 2026.

Operational / Strategic Disclosures

KYC Update Requirements:

  • Shareholders must update PAN, contact details (postal address with PIN, mobile number and e-mail address), bank account details, specimen signature and nomination
  • Prescribed forms include ISR-1 for PAN, ISR-2 for specimen signature, SH-13/SH-14 for nomination, and ISR-3 for opting out of nomination
  • Registration of nomination is optional but encouraged

Consequences of Non-Compliance:

  • Shareholders with incomplete KYC details will not be eligible to lodge grievances or avail service requests from the RTA
  • They will not receive any payments including dividend, interest or redemption payments for such folios
  • Upon updation, all payments will be made only through electronic mode

Dematerialization Encouragement:

  • The Company encourages shareholders to dematerialize holdings to eliminate risks associated with physical securities
