Endurance Technologies GST Demand Order Quashed

Uttarakhand High Court quashed a GST demand order of Rs. 12.39 crore tax and Rs. 1.13 crore penalty for FY 2021-22.
The order was remanded back to the Deputy Commissioner, Rudrapur-I for reassessment after Company's submissions.
Endurance Technologies had filed a Writ Petition challenging the order issued without a personal hearing opportunity.
