Promoter Reorganization Update
The disclosure provides a further update received from Bennett Coleman and Company Limited (BCCL), the promoter of the Company, regarding the proposed reorganization involving BCCL and Times Horizon Private Limited (a wholly owned subsidiary of BCCL) through a scheme of arrangement.
MIB Approval Details
The Ministry of Information and Broadcasting (MIB), vide its letter dated 12 August 2026, has approved the transfer of permission of Uplinking and Downlinking of:
- 14 TV channels
- 04 DSNGs
- 1 teleport
From Bennett, Coleman & Company Limited to Times Horizon Private Limited.
