EPACK Durable Limited authorizes four Key Managerial Personnel to determine materiality of events and make disclosures to stock exchanges.
Whole Time Director Mr. Bajrang Bothra and Managing Director & CEO Mr. Ajay DD Singhania are authorized for materiality determination.
CFO Mr. Rajesh Kumar Mittal and Company Secretary Ms. Esha Gupta are additionally authorized for disclosure submission to exchanges.
Authorization complies with SEBI Listing Regulations 30(5) requirements for corporate disclosure governance.
