Regulatory Clarification
EPACK Durable Limited submitted a clarification to BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited regarding a credit rating rationale disclosure submitted by CRISIL Ratings Limited. The clarification addresses CRISIL's disclosure that reflected the Company's status as "Issuer Not Cooperating" pursuant to BSE Circular No. 20250801-80 dated August 1, 2025 and NSE Circular No. NSE/CML/2025/33 dated August 1, 2025.
The Company clarified that it discontinued availing rating services from CRISIL with effect from December 20, 2024, and communicated this discontinuation to CRISIL. The stock exchanges were informed of this discontinuation via the Company's letter dated August 27, 2025.
As of the date of this clarification (June 29, 2026), the Company confirmed it has no subsisting rating engagement with CRISIL, and any rating reflected by CRISIL is being voluntarily maintained by the rating agency itself.
Current Credit Rating Status
The Company's debt facilities continue to be rated by ICRA Limited. There has been no change in the ratings assigned by ICRA Limited, which remain:
- Long term: A Stable
- Short term: A2+
These ratings were confirmed as per the Credit Rating Report dated January 27, 2026.
