Reason for removal: Removal as Senior Management Personnel in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, pursuant to internal findings relating to non-compliance with the Company's data handling and confidentiality protocols, in terms of his Employment Agreement and the Company's Code of Conduct for the Board of Directors and Senior Management Personnel.
Employment status: Consequently, his employment with the Company has also been terminated.

Approval process: The Board of Directors approved the removal on August 21, 2026, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
