EPFO Seeks Rs 3.39 Crore Claim in Airpack Gases Liquidation

EPFO filed an application with NCLT Chennai to admit its full claim of Rs 3.39 crore against Airpack Gases in liquidation.
The application seeks priority settlement of Rs 1.90 crore from the liquidation estate and modification of the stakeholder list.
The Liquidator had previously admitted only a partial claim on 21 January 2022, communicated to EPFO on 11 February 2022.
The Tribunal listed the matter for hearing on maintainability on 3 July 2026.
