Equentia Financial Services Fined for RP Fee Non-Compliance

NCLT Ahmedabad orders Equentia Financial Services to pay Rs 25,000 cost for failing to pay the Resolution Professional's fee of Rs 2 lakh.
The applicant was directed to immediately pay the RP's fee via NEFT and file a compliance affidavit within two days.
The Resolution Professional was directed to appear and explain the delay in filing his report caused by the non-payment.
The matter is listed for further consideration on 02 June 2026.
