Ethos Limited disclosed postal ballot voting results for re-appointment of Mr. Yashovardhan Saboo as Chairman and Whole-Time Director for three years from April 1, 2026 to March 31, 2029.
The special resolution was passed with 80.53% votes in favour out of 2,12,50,326 total votes polled, representing 79.42% of outstanding shares.
Institutional public shareholders voted 53.97% against the resolution, while promoters voted 100% in favour and public-others voted 99.92% in favour.
