Everest Industries Appoints PwC as Statutory Auditors

Everest Industries' Board approved appointment of Price Waterhouse Chartered Accountants LLP as Statutory Auditors for a 5-year term.
Existing auditors M/s. S R B C & Co. LLP are completing their second term at the ensuing 93rd AGM, necessitating the change.
The appointment is subject to member approval at the 93rd AGM, covering the period through the 98th AGM.
