The company informs the exchanges that the Goods & Service Tax Department, Maharashtra (Commissioner of State Tax), concluded its inspection/search proceedings on August 26, 2026, at 8:45 p.m. (IST). A proceeding sheet was issued by the Assistant Commissioner of State Tax, Mumbai, which mentioned certain discrepancies and contentions.

The company states it has rectified the identified discrepancies by paying the GST for the period FY 2021-22 till date. This payment was made under protest, and the amount will be available for restitution/restoration.

Regarding financial impact, the company states that at present, there is no material impact on its financials, business operations, or any other activities from these proceedings. The only potential quantifiable impact is a compensatory interest liability of ₹46.98 lakhs on the GST paid. The disclosure notes that some of this interest amount is under dispute.
